Jeremy has been at Driving Ambition's helm since 2003. He has embraced the trucking industry and enjoys being actively involved in various trucking associations, including the Indiana Motor Truck Assn. (IMTA), the Indianapolis Traffic Club (ITC), the Ohio Trucking Assn. (OTA), the Tennessee Trucking Assn. (TTA) and the American Trucking Assn. (ATA). Jeremy has served as the President of the ITC (2011). He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the IMTA, and served as the IMTA Allied Chairman in 2008. In 2009, he served as the Chairman for Indiana's Truck Driving Championship. In 2010, Jeremy served as Co-Chairman for the OTA's Annual Convention.
Wendy Reymer, CFO

Wendy joined the Driving Ambition team in 2004. She has an educational background in Mathematics and Technology and graduated from California State University of Long Beach in 1999. Wendy is an active member of the Indiana Motor Truck Association (IMTA) and its Safety Management Council. She also helps run the Indiana Truck Driving Championships each year. Wendy's dedication to the company and to the industry has helped Driving Ambition be the success that it is today.
Jim Fairfield, Director of Safety & Human Resources

Jim brings nearly 30 years of management experience in diverse aspects of the transportation industry. Prior to joining Driving Ambition, Jim had earned an unparalleled reputation in Indiana's trucking industry as the Safety & Recruiting Manager for RG Transport/Red Gold for 12 years. He has been very active in the Indiana Motor Truck Association for over a decade, most recently serving as the Chairman of the Safety Management Council (2005-2006). Jim also served as the Chairman of the Indiana Truck Driving Championships and received the Safety Professional of the Year Award in 2003.
Greg Stone, Director of Sales

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Greg is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. He spent a total of 35 years in management at Ryder Truck Rental, Inc., with the last 15 years in General Management in Cincinnati, OH. Greg's department received a number of awards, including multiple Presidential Safety Awards for accident-free performance since 2000, multiple technicians being recognized in company and industry competition for the past 5 years and Driver of the Year for the Dedicated Division in 2001.
Mike Trotter, Director of Dispatch & Customer Service

Mike has been part of the Driving Ambition family since 2004. He has over ten years of experience in transportation, ranging from rental and leasing of trucks to managing drivers and customers. Mike has built excellent relationships with both drivers and customers, playing a significant role in Driving Ambition’s success. He's a graduate and HUGE fan of Indiana University.
Liz Wallace, Marketing & Communications Manager

Liz joined the Driving Ambition team in March 2012. Prior to Driving Ambition, Liz worked for three years at Celadon Trucking where she was manager of online customer service and customer engagement, market research and lead generation, and various process improvement projects. Liz has also been an eBay Powerseller for more than 10 years. She graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with degrees in Management, Marketing, and Marketing Distribution Management. Liz has a passion for marketing and is dedicated to helping Driving Ambition grow and establish competitive advantage.

Jennifer joined the Driving Ambition team in 2010. With nearly 20 years of management experience, she brings a strong background in business development and customer service, and has been recognized for her dedication, integrity and relationship-building skills. Prior to Driving Ambition, Jennifer directed marketing, public relations, advertising and sales for an environmental contracting company. She graduated from DePauw University with a BA in education.
