Driving Ambition is committed to providing quality CDL drivers to your company at a competitive price. Your cost will vary based on the type of work involved. For local or regional work, an hourly rate with an 8-hour minimum is typically used. Note: Unlike other driver staffing companies, there is no overtime after 8 hours per day – overtime is only charged if an individual employee accrues more than 40 hours in one work week.

You will receive a service agreement that clearly outlines our services and policies. We require all clients to sign the service agreement, which includes a pricing addendum and a complete credit application. Signing the agreement in no way obligates you to the services of Driving Ambition, but will allow us to respond quickly should you have a driver need.
We are committed to sending the most qualified drivers and we typically fill most temporary assignments within hours. The time frame for successfully finding a driver will vary based on our current driver base and your specific needs.

And since we cover all hiring costs, including recruitment advertising, drug testing, payroll, payroll taxes, and workers’ compensation, you are relieved of the hassle, the paperwork, and the arrangement reduces your employer liability, saving you both TIME & MONEY.
